What data we collect
Through the application forms we collect the identity, contact, qualification and employment history data you submit, together with any CV and certificate files you upload.
Through the enquiry and labour request forms we collect your name, company, contact details and the content of your message.
Why we use it
Application data is used to assess your suitability for open placements and to present you to the client company where you fit a role. Enquiry data is used to answer your request and to manage the resulting business relationship.
The legal basis is your consent for applications, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
How long we keep it
Applications are kept for 24 months from submission so that we can contact you when a matching project comes up, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Business correspondence is kept for as long as the commercial relationship requires.
Who sees it
Application data is shared with the client company only when you are being proposed for a specific placement. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
