About this sector
Site labour demand is rarely steady: one month you need two tilers, the next you need eight drywall fitters. Our job is to absorb that swing so the client does not have to run a recruitment process.
Most of our workers come from Estonia and Ukraine, hold a valid occupational safety card and have worked on Nordic sites before. For larger orders we assemble a full crew with a foreman who speaks the site language.
